* Final Pricing is based on Guest count, Event type, Hours, and selected Upgrades



* Non-Refundable Booking Deposit Required to Secure Date



* Contract is Required no exceptions



* Final Balance is Due 2 Weeks prior to event Date (No Refund)


*If for Some Reason You are not able to Have your Event on the Date, that was Schedule there is No Refund you Have 2 years to Schedule your event for another Date. You have to make sure your next Date is available.


* Over Time is Billed Hourly


* All Outside Vendor Must Be Approved by Event Space Manager


* CLEANING & DAMAGE DEPOSIT (Require with all rentals packages) fee $250 refundable if Space is clean and nothing is damage.

*Refunded deposit within 7 to 14 days after event pending inspection
